Every Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm (Please enter from the entrance facing the parking lot)

Operation Christmas Child

CLBC will be participating in Operation Christmas Child shoebox collection for 2020.

Operation Christmas Child is a hands-on way for Canadians to bless struggling children in the developing world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and other items. We collect the boxes and distribute them in the name of Jesus Christ to children living in desperate situations.

Shoeboxes, OCC offering envelopes, and instructions are ready for pick up by the church front entrance on Sundays from now until November 15. Packed shoeboxes can be dropped off at the church’s upper room until November 15 on Sundays from 9am to 1:30pm and Thursdays from 10am to 12pm.

Alternatively, shoeboxes can be dropped off at a collection centre during collection week, which runs from November 16 – 22, 2020.

Please visit this page for information on what to pack in the shoebox.

For more details, please contact Ken Ng.

Reopening of English Service

English Service continues to reopen. In response to the announcement of reopening places of worship up to 30% capacity, CLBC is now open to accommodate up to 50 congregants to join worship service in person during this period. At the same time, we will continue to provide online services via Zoom links:

Since the health and safety of brothers and sisters remains our top priority, the reopening process will proceed slowly and cautiously. We encourage everyone to carefully consider their own circumstance in order to make the decision to attend online or in-person service.

Those who plan to attend service in person will be required to sign up using the “Pre-Screen for English Service Form” by 9 am every Saturday or to call church @ 416-297-8787 and leave a message to be called back for pre-screening. Anyone who does not pass the screening process will not be allowed to attend service in person.

Details can be found here: CLBC Reopening Plan Protocol July 31 2020 English (revised)

CLBC Communion Celebartion Guidelines can now be found here.
