CLBC Response to Ontario State of Emergency
On January 14, 2021, the Government of Ontario begins a “Stay-at-Home” order for a period of 28 days. In light of the new travel restrictions, curbside offering will be suspended until the end of the state of emergency to avoid non-essential travel.

Reopening of English Service
With the new public health guidelines for the City of Toronto in place, starting from November 29, no more than 10 people will be allowed at church at a time, hence in person attendance will be limited to only brothers and sisters who serve in the worship service. On the day of worship, those who will serve in person will be required to screen for COVID-19 using own electronic device to access “Pre-Screen for English Service Form”. Anyone who does not pass the screening process will not be allowed to attend service in person.

Members Meeting on January 31 will be held at 12:30pm on Zoom. Members will vote to appoint the following brothers and sisters to the Pastoral Search Committee: Christine Leung-Lee, Edith Koo-Chiu, and Wilson Ho.
Members who have registered for electronic voting will receive a voting slip via email by Monday, January 25. Please submit your ballot by 9am on Saturday, January 30.
For seniors who need help to register for telephonic voting, please call the church office at 416-297-8787 and leave a message by 11:59pm on Monday, January 25.

2020 Expenses Reimbursement
Please submit all 2020 Requests for Disbursement on or before January 31, 2021. Due to the pandemic, our church is accepting reimbursement forms via email. Please send the completed form, together with supporting documents, to the council of the relevant department. The electronic version of the reimbursement form can be downloaded HERE.
