Hello brothers and sisters,
We’d like to get everyone on Proclaim to make everyone’s life easier when prepping ‘slides’ for worship. In order to facilitate this and make it a smooth transition for everyone, please take a look at the following instructions to get you started:
Step 1.
Download and install Proclaim.

Step 2:
Once you have Proclaim software downloaded, start Proclaim from your desktop and click ‘create new account’
Type in your email, password and your name then click ‘Create Account’.
Click on the ‘Join an Existing Group’ tab and type in ‘Calvary Logos Baptist Church (Sandbox)’ (this step will directly send the administrator a request to join the existing CLBC (Sandbox) group.
Step 3.
While waiting for acceptance, you can start to watch some training modules on the Proclaim Online site:
‘How to make a presentation’
‘Add and edit CCLI song slides’
Please note that the presentations up until the end of August have been already created for each Sunday. All you have to do is type in the dates under the open tab on your top left to find pre-made presentations. Type in ‘YYYMMDD’ (Example: 2013 08 25 for the Aug 25 presentation) The welcome, mobile off, and doxology slide are pre-loaded there.
Step 4.
Once the administrator have accepted your request, he/she will send you a quick email notification and you can start to login again to Proclaim. Start the Proclaim program on your desktop, type in your information and click login. Next, click on ‘Use one of your Group’ tab to find ‘Calvary Logos Baptist Church (Sandbox)’.
Make sure that the little box to the left is checked off and then click ‘next’.
Click next again in the following windows, until you reach the ‘payment’ window and click ‘later’.
Please note: You do not need to make any payments, CLBC has already purchased the service.
You can start to create your presentation now.
Note: If presentations do not start to populate after you type in the ‘open presentation’ field under the ‘open’ tab, you can click on the top right ‘refresh’ button just above the ‘on air’ button to update and sync the information between the group and your account.
