A. PREPARATION (Before Sunday)

1. Identify which software on the AV PC to play songs with
2. Create a playlist of songs that is 25 minute in duration.
   1. Some ideas: Include a mix of songs from slow to moderate to upbeat tempo
   2. Preferably, choose a song with moderate to upbeat tempo as the last song before service begins. It’s early in the morning and a little more energy helps.
   3. We can start with 1 playlist for now.
3. Load the songs and playlist to the AV PC; 
4. Important step: Test playing the songs

B. EXECUTION (On Sunday)

1. By 9:10am latest, begin playing the playlist in the chapel
2. 9:25am, begin getting ready to fade out the music for the worship service to begin (note, it’s fade out, not stopping abruptly….I know, it’s very picky…)
3. This can be done by checking in with the worship leader; letting him/her know that AV is ready
