– The whole process of ordination: 1) being able to review my life and write about my beliefs, convictions and ministry directions; 2) learn from many pastors’ valuable experiences; 3) receive affirmation and encouragement from many brothers and sisters; 4) experience much love from God and strength through His powerful words.
– Back to school learning about Spiritual Direction: 1) learn to hear God and be directed by Him first before directing others; 2) give space for people to experience God themselves; 3) experience true rest in God
